**Position: Service Advisor at Restaurant** ------------------------------------------------- *Location:* (add if applicable) *Schedule:* Rotating shifts ### **Job Objective** Deliver an **exceptional service experience** to diners through warm, personalized, and proactive service, supporting floor operations and actively promoting products from the **sales cart**, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper restaurant operation. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome customers and escort them to their tables, following the restaurant’s hospitality protocols. * Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude throughout the diner’s experience. * Present, promote, and sell products from the **specialty cart**, meeting daily and weekly sales targets. * Provide clear and timely information about the menu, promotions, and special products. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of the reception area and sales cart. * Support floor activities: table arrangement, basic guest assistance, and coordination with servers. * Handle objections and proactively resolve questions or requests. * Follow up on feedback, suggestions, or complaints, escalating them to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain constant communication with the kitchen, bar, and floor team to ensure seamless service. ### **Candidate Requirements** **Education** * Completed high school diploma (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum **1 year** in a similar role in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or hospitality services. * Experience in customer service and/or sales. **Knowledge and Skills** * **Intermediate English** (able to serve and assist customers). * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent service attitude. * Sales and product promotion ability. * Effective communication and courteous interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating schedules. ### **Key Competencies** * Customer orientation. * Empathy and effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and initiative. * Persuasion and commercial skills. * Responsibility and punctuality. ### **What We Offer?** * **Monthly base salary: $9,450.00** * **Attractive commissions** for sales from the cart. * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **Ongoing training**. * A **professional and dynamic** work environment. * **Opportunity for growth** within the company. ### **Are You Interested?** Apply now and join a team that values **service, hospitality, and commercial talent**.
