We are looking for an **Inventory Assistant** to support daily spare parts warehouse operations, ensuring accurate control of material receipts, issuances, and traceability, in accordance with inventory department processes and policies. We seek an **organized, disciplined, and proactive individual**, with inventory experience and a strong interest in operational warehouse work. Responsibilities * Review and validation of spare parts, supplies, and machinery receipts. * Management, documentation, and validation of spare parts, supplies, and machinery issuances. * Location-based control of spare parts and supplies within the warehouse. * Traceability of spare parts and machinery. * Execution of physical, cycle, and periodic inventories. * Picking and packing of spare parts and supplies. * Participation in internal and external inventory audits. * Compliance with department-established policies and procedures. * Proposal and implementation of inventory process improvements. Requirements * Completed high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field is a plus). * Minimum of **1 year of inventory management experience**. * Prior experience working with **ERP systems** (Odoo preferred). * Basic knowledge of logistics. * Strong logical-mathematical reasoning skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle high operational volume. * High level of organization, discipline, and results orientation. * Basic English proficiency (desirable). * Availability for **100% on-site work at the plant**. * Residence within the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area or surrounding regions.
