Key responsibilities include defining and ensuring initial and maintenance project costs in accordance with established Quality, Delivery, Cost, Characteristics, and Functionality (QDCCF) standards. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Communications and Electronics, or related field. Degree holder. * **Experience:** 5–8 years of experience in the automotive industry. * **Language:** Advanced English. **Responsibilities:** * Define, communicate, and implement the team’s strategy, adjusting short- and long-term priorities in alignment with business objectives. * Plan, coordinate, and lead local and global projects, ensuring achievement of cost, quality, delivery time, and characteristics (QDCCF) targets. * Lead the development of engineering technical solutions, including concept definition, validation, verification, and proper delivery of technical documentation. * Ensure timely resolution of field quality issues (QJ’s) and plant issues (PIL’s), coordinating action plans and necessary resources. * Manage and develop the team through activity planning, performance evaluation, career development plans, succession planning, and strengthening of key competencies in the electrical and electronics domain. * Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technologies, aligning them with business needs, customer expectations, and market trends. * Foster cross-functional collaboration and actively participate in technical decision-making and product development strategy definition.
