A major bakery company is looking for your talent as: TRAINER/BUSINESS PARTNER Work location: Metro Patriotismo / San Pedro de los Pinos Job objective: Deliver basic training courses to newly hired staff, as well as specialized topics to currently active staff at Grupo Lecaroz bakeries. Responsibilities: * Deliver basic customer service training to newly hired staff. * Prepare training files. * Reinforce service training. * Implement continuous improvement schemes. * Coordinate with supervisors and/or logistics officers regarding training logistics. * Implement training projects. * Deliver local training courses. * Develop, update, and produce audiovisual and didactic materials for instruction related to continuous improvement training. * Prepare documentary evidence of training. * Support in Human Capital areas. Salary: $10,000 to $12,000 monthly gross plus statutory benefits. Biweekly payments. (Based on qualifications).
