




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in Human Resources, expertise in labor regulations, payroll management, and experience across various HR areas, including recruitment, training, and workplace climate. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in labor regulations and payroll management 2. Proficiency in recruitment, selection, and staff training 3. Focus on goal achievement and effective communication · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field. · 3+ years of experience in Human Resources. · Knowledge of labor regulations (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, among others). · Knowledge of pre-payroll/payroll, SISUB, and REPSE. · Experience in RIT and compliance with internal policies. · Experience in recruitment and personnel selection. · Experience in staff training and development. · Experience in workplace climate surveys. · Experience in personnel management. · Experience in team building and collaborative work. · Focus on goal achievement (KPIs). · Effective communication. · Organized. · Microsoft Office (Mandatory).
