As the **Organizational Development Leader**, your role is to: Be responsible for executing and monitoring Organizational Development area processes, ensuring proper implementation of talent, culture, performance, and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include: * Execute and manage operational processes of the Organizational Development area. * Implement initiatives related to culture, performance, evaluation, and talent development. * Coordinate and monitor Recruitment and Selection processes. * Document, standardize, and improve HR and OD processes. * Monitor area metrics (turnover, performance, training, and coverage) and propose improvement actions. * Support the execution of performance evaluations, climate surveys, 360° assessments, psychometric tests, and development plans. * Ensure proper execution of onboarding and employee experience processes. * Translate departmental guidelines and objectives into clear, measurable operational actions. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * 3–4 years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources. **Skills** * Teamwork * Proactivity * Structured thinking * Clear communication * Results orientation Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
