




Job Summary: Develops and implements product and sales training programs, delivering specialized consulting to drive commercial success. Key Highlights: 1. Plans and executes product and sales training across LATAM. 2. Provides specialized consulting on technical and commercial aspects. 3. Contributes to a cleaner world through Kärcher’s impact. **This is how you’ll be WOW:** * Plan the annual product and sales course offerings for Mexico and LATAM countries, scheduling activities and trainings, developing content, and adapting materials and digital media (e-learnings) for use. * Execute the product and sales training plan by developing commercial and technical skills, with the aim of providing theoretical-practical tools for efficient execution of sales activities for the company’s offered products. * Provide specialized consulting through technical and commercial advisory services to employees and distributors, in order to resolve specific problems or special projects. **It would be WOW if you had:** * 3–5 years’ experience as a facilitator and in group management * **Advanced English** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Strong communication skills, active listening, excellent organization, and teamwork * Proficiency in design tools: Canva, Google, etc. **Our WOW Kärcher Package:** Join a leading, well-positioned company to collectively make an impact and achieve a cleaner world.
