**Job Description** **COMUNILAB**, a leading regional medical clinical diagnostic center, is seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to join our **Support Center in Apaseo el Grande, Guanajuato**. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree with **degree certificate and professional license** in Administration, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Public Accounting, or related field. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a similar position. * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office**. * Experience in **personnel management and recruitment and selection processes**. * Knowledge of and ability to apply **NOM-035**. **Responsibilities** * Execute **recruitment and selection processes** for the company’s various departments. * Monitor **hiring and personnel documentation**. * Prepare and update **employee files**. * Manage the **distribution of food vouchers**. * Address and resolve **labor-related issues** within the organization. * Support the **preparation and review of the biweekly payroll**. * Implement and monitor compliance with **NOM-035-STPS**. * Update and document **internal Human Resources department processes**. * Monitor the staff **training program**.
