




Job Summary: Pulppo is seeking an Onboarding & Growth Executive to ensure the successful integration of real estate agencies, achieving adoption, activation, and revenue generation through training and ongoing support. Professional growth within an expanding PropTech company At **Pulppo**, we are expanding our network of real estate agencies and looking for an **Onboarding & Growth Executive** with experience in **commercial training, client onboarding, or solution implementation**, who enjoys working hand-in-hand with commercial teams and guiding them to deliver tangible results. This role is ideal for professionals who have served as **trainers, corporate trainers, customer success specialists, or implementers**, and who seek their next step with greater business impact. **What will be your mission?** Ensure every real estate agency joining the platform receives a **clear, structured, and results-driven onboarding**, achieving adoption, activation, and revenue generation within their first months of operation. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Execute **end-to-end onboarding** for new real estate agencies. * Lead **kick-off sessions**, aligning expectations, objectives, and work plans. * Train commercial teams on platform usage, processes, and best practices. * Support real estate agencies during their first months until adoption and revenue generation are achieved. * Closely monitor activation, usage, and performance metrics. * Build and analyze tracking reports in Excel. * Identify adoption risks and propose corrective actions. * Maintain a professional and consistent relationship with clients. * Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal). **What we’re looking for in you:** * +2 years of experience as: * Commercial trainer or corporate trainer * Onboarding / Customer Success specialist * B2B, SaaS, or consulting solution implementer * Experience working with **KPIs, metrics, and results tracking**. * Strong proficiency in **Excel** for monitoring and analysis. * Ability to explain processes, train teams, and drive adoption. * Excellent communication, organization, and results orientation. * Preferred experience in **real estate, PropTech, or B2B SaaS**. **What we offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional growth within an expanding PropTech company. * Direct exposure to B2B clients and strategic teams. * A collaborative, dynamic, and impact-driven work environment. **Is this role right for you?** If you enjoy **training, supporting commercial teams**, structuring processes, and seeing tangible business results, this position is an excellent opportunity to take your experience to the next level. **Apply now and grow with Pulppo.** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $31,000.00 – $39,000.00 per month Benefits: * Gym membership discount * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site
