




Position Summary: We are seeking a TIG and MIG welder with experience in stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper, responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and adjusting welding machines. For more information about Modine, visit www.modine.com. **Position Description** ------------------------ This role performs electric welding activities using TIG and MIG processes on stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ 1\.\- Interpretation of engineering drawings and use of basic measuring instruments (Optional for Aluminum area). 2\.\- Operation and adjustment of TIG and MIG welding machines. 3\.\- Use of assembly tools and templates. 4\.\- Cleaning of own work area. 5\.\- Proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to industrial safety standards. 6\.\- Adjustment and correction of parameters in automated welding systems. 7\.\- Performing preventive maintenance activities. 8\.\- Ensuring quality requirements throughout the process. Support and participate in achieving established quality objectives, including Safety and Environmental goals, PPMs, Scrap rates, and on-time deliveries. **Required Education \& Qualifications** ---------------------------------------- 1\.\- Technical degree (Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineering). 2\.\- Essential practical experience. 3\.\- Availability to work overtime and/or shift changes. 4\.\- Responsible. 5\.\- Knowledge of welding machine setup and adjustment. 6\.\- No corrective lenses permitted. 7\.\- Proactive and team-oriented. 8\.\- Willingness to learn and to teach. 9\.\- Focused on implementing self-directed teams.
