Efficiently manage the warehouse and all related resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Ensure compliance with all quality systems—EHS, internal controls—always in alignment with Allegion’s values. **Position Responsibilities:** * Plan, implement, and monitor all physical inventory controls in the warehouse * Monitor all inventory movements * Maintain processes that ensure on-time delivery to customers—from material receipt through finished goods shipment * Ensure compliance with processes required to achieve inventory accuracy * Comply with all required physical security processes * Efficient personnel management * Efficient budget management * Promote and facilitate integration and teamwork * Implement talent development processes to strengthen the team and establish succession plans * Implement processes necessary to pursue continuous improvement * Implement all processes required to ensure a safe working environment **Requirements:** * Completed university degree (degree certificate) * Experience: 3–5 years * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (MRO, Maintenance) * Advanced MS Office proficiency * MS Dynamics 365 desirable
