




Job Summary: We are seeking a torch-applied waterproofing specialist to ensure proper installation and sealing of materials, meeting quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Meticulous inspection to ensure defect-free installations Perform waterproofing work by applying prefabricated systems using a torch, ensuring correct installation, adhesion, and sealing of materials, in compliance with quality standards, industrial safety requirements, and project timelines. **Primary Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare surfaces for waterproofing system application (cleaning, patching, and leveling). * Apply prefabricated waterproofing material using a torch, ensuring proper adhesion. * Perform accurate cutting, overlapping, and sealing of the waterproofing material. * Properly operate tools and equipment, especially gas torches. * Verify absence of leaks, bubbles, or defects in the installation. * Comply with established safety procedures for open-flame work. * Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Maintain a clean and orderly worksite. * Report unsafe conditions, hazards, or anomalies to the supervisor. * Support finishing and maintenance activities as required. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in torch-applied prefabricated waterproofing. * Experience in civil construction or industrial maintenance (desirable). **Knowledge:** * Safe handling of torches and gas cylinders. * Techniques for prefabricated waterproofing. * Basic construction site safety regulations. **Skills and Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Attention to detail. * Ability to work under variable weather conditions. * Ability to follow instructions.
