People like you! **Tool Room / Maintenance Technician** Job ID: 50862389 Employment Type: Full-time, Location: Matehuala FES Code (HRL Level): P-07-11 **Job Purpose:** * Provide rapid, effective, and high-quality support to the assigned production area in resolving failures. * Monitor completion of activities scheduled by the area leader or supervisor. * Participate in implementing process improvement ideas. * Maximize equipment availability. * Perform work in accordance with organizational guidelines. * Ensure reliability of production equipment to meet assigned departmental KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct autonomous maintenance inspections and rectify open items. * Perform inspections assigned by the predictive maintenance leader. * Monitor completion of scheduled preventive maintenance activities. * Accurately enter work orders into the Optimain system. * Request replacement parts from the quick-change spare parts drawer. * Conduct efficient shift handovers. * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop floor and workshop (General 5S). * Effectively and promptly perform requested corrective maintenance tasks. * Ensure initial operating conditions of assigned equipment. * Complete existing logbooks in the department. * Perform repairs with quality. * Collaborate efficiently to ensure achievement of maintenance KPIs. * Diagnose root causes of equipment stoppages/failures involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components, using diagnostic systems as required. **Job Requirements:** Industrial maintenance, electromechanical, or related field **Join our team and apply now!**
