




Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Test \& Control Supervisor. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- Job summary This position is accountable of coordinate and administrate the test and control department and ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity in all product testing operations as well as being key Leader in all automation efforts. Job responsibilities A. Warranty Safety, Quality and Productivity in test equipment B. Coordinate safety trainings and evaluate operators and Test Tech around the safety. C. Coordinate the test and control department. D. Lead automation projects with EHS, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing and Maintenance departments. E. Coordinate and supervise test and control Engineering projects. F. Evaluate and reduce the OEE around the Testers Operations. G. Manage expenses for the test and control department. H. Manage the spare parts on testers. I. Coordinate maintenance activities related with test equipment. J. Cost out projects. \#LI\-DG2 **Qualifications:** ------------------- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering related to the area (Electrical, electronics, mechatronics or related) *Years and area of experience required* * 5\-7 years experience in electrical testing and automation. * 2 years minimun in a leadership role * Manufacturing background is a must. Electrical sector preferred. *Technical knowledge* * Advance PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley and Siemens), * Industrial Networks (Ethernet IP, Device Net, Profibus), * Knowledge electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic , mechanical and electronic, * Vision System (Cognex),basic knowledge of probability and statistics, * Lean manufacturing tools, * Knowledge in medium and high voltage test and measure. * Knowledge in Software (Net, Labview, C language) * Knowledge Networks and databases administration (SQL Server) We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
