We are not looking for someone “in training.” We seek someone who already knows how to play on the big stage. Experience and Technical Knowledge • Full mastery of the following processes: • Public tender • Restricted invitation • Direct award • Expert handling of: • Compras.mx • State and municipal platforms of CDMX, and several states across the republic Practical (not theoretical) knowledge of: • Public Sector Acquisitions and Services Law Administrative, technical, and legal requirements Capabilities: * Analyze tender terms and identify genuine opportunities * Compile complete and competitive bid dossiers * Attend clarification meetings and respond to observations * Track progress through award decision and contract formalization * Commercial orientation Job Type: Full-time, subject to probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $9,044.21 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
