Participation in technical meetings with clients and contractors Integra Engineering is seeking a Technical Leader for Construction Projects to coordinate daily technical operations on a critical infrastructure project (data center) in Querétaro. Position Objective Ensure daily technical coordination, progress control, and proper execution in accordance with drawings and specifications, maintaining effective communication between INTEGRA supervision and the client. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily technical activities on-site and monitor work fronts. * Control progress and report status (logbook and progress reports). * Ensure execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, scopes, and procedures. * Read and interpret electrical drawings/diagrams and technical documentation. * Document tests, observations, punch lists, and closure of findings. * Validate operation in accordance with design and client requirements. * Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers. **Requirements** * Experience as a technical leader/supervisor on industrial construction projects (preferred: data centers or high-criticality projects). * Strong focus on safety, quality, and document control (evidence, checklists, reports). * Clear communication, operational discipline, and coordination with PM/Resident. * Availability to work in Querétaro and join the team promptly. **We Offer** ° Competitive weekly salary (based on experience and qualifications) ° Statutory benefits ° Opportunity for paid overtime at double hourly rate ° Working hours Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. **IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, APPLY NOW!!!
