Tech Lead Final Assembly G65 - C **Job Req ID:** 133923 **Location:** Lagos de Moreno, MX, CP47410 **Position Objective** * Manages and coordinates personnel under direct supervision in the area to ensure production fulfills customer requirements, adhering to Draexlmaier’s quality, safety, environmental, and continuous improvement systems. **Main Responsibilities** 1. Supervise, assist, train, and motivate production associates within the assigned area and support the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth process flow. 2. Work closely with the Production team to maintain stable efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement for the defined area. 3. Provide recommendations to Production Supervisors regarding disciplinary actions, associate development—including cross-training—as well as leave/vacation/sick days, etc. 4. Identify quality issues and resolve problems jointly with the Production and Operations teams. In case of uncertainty or recurrence, issue reports to Production Supervisors and Quality Technicians. 5.
