Responsible for technical support for industrial controls utilized in the manufacturing process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES:* Direct and coordinates repair needs and preventive maintenance of all production equipment. * Ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of machinery and equipment throughout predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Control for critical spare parts to ensure the equipment operation. * Diagnosing and resolving complex maintenance issues and equipment failures. * Managing and supervising maintenance technicians and contractors. * KPI monitoring, MTTR, MTBF, Availability, backlog and PM. * Solid experience on Interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams. * Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety standards and OSHA compliance. • Experience with: Allen Bradley PLCs. Specifically ControlLogix and MicroLogix. • Allen Bradley Panel view plus HMIs, Allen Bradley VFDs. SKILLS \& KNOWLEDGE* BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in a manufacturing environment. * Ability to communicate well with others. * TPM methodology. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems, Preferred EAM Hexagon. *We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
