We process over 300 million digital transactions annually for more than 235,000 customers across +90 countries, powered by advanced analytics, automation, computer vision, and machine learning. **Role Objective** We seek a mid-level Software QA Engineer P2 / SDET to lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks, ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability of next-generation platforms (computer vision, ML, data platforms, microservices, and mobile applications). This role is hands-on, highly technical, embedded within Agile/Scrum teams, with a strong focus on E2E automation, mobile testing, APIs, and data validation. **Key Responsibilities** Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks. Interpret functional and technical requirements to create manual and automated test plans. Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and reliability testing. Design End-to-End Testing strategies from early stages of development. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams on release planning. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Perform API testing and backend testing in microservice architectures. Analyze test results, identify root cause, and document defects. Ensure data quality, consistency, and information health. Document processes, results, and quality metrics for both technical and non-technical audiences. **Required Profile, Must Have** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience (5+ years). 2+ years as an SDET / QA Automation Engineer. Programming in C# or Java (OOP). Experience with Selenium and Appium. Mobile application testing for iOS and Android. Design and maintenance of automation frameworks. End-to-End Testing strategies. Experience in Agile/Scrum. Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving orientation. **Nice to Have:** Test integration into CI/CD (Jenkins). Docker, Kubernetes, Linux. Testing in microservices. API testing (REST). Experience with data platforms.
