Job Summary:* Collaborates with plant and corporate leadership to identify production risks and establish mitigation plans. * Partners with engineering teams to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities. * Applies lean production principles to enhance manufacturing digital systems. * Works with third‑party software providers to troubleshoot issues, improve system performance, and support upgrades or patches. * Maps critical software systems, connected devices, IT infrastructure, and interfaces while developing short‑ and long‑term technology roadmaps. * Supports the lifecycle of manufacturing systems, including process control, tool management, and IoT platforms. * Coordinates maintenance activities with corporate IT Operations for critical infrastructure. * Helps establish testing and control procedures for backup systems, including UPS, redundancy, and failover. * Provides daily operational support and troubleshooting across industrial networks, production systems, and connected hardware. * Ensures alignment between IT and OT to maintain safe, stable, and efficient production operations. Preferred Qualifications:* Experience or interest in Industry 4\.0 initiatives and cloud‑based technologies. * Background supporting PLC/SCADA systems, IoT platforms, and digital manufacturing applications. * Experience developing or contributing to technology roadmaps. * Familiarity working with cross‑functional teams in plant and corporate settings. Required Qualifications:* Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience supporting technology systems in manufacturing environments. * Hands‑on experience with industrial networking technologies. * Strong troubleshooting skills across IT and OT domains. * Understanding of manufacturing and production processes. * Knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing technologies, and general IT principles. * Strong communication skills with structured and analytical thinking. * Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities. * Fluent English * Availability to travel and flex schedule *We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
