




. **Senior Recovery Associate** **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law **with official degree certificate and professional license** (federal and state). * Solid knowledge of: * Commercial Code * General Law of Credit Organizations (LGTOC) * Law on Credit Institutions * Civil Procedure Code (federal and state) * **Three consecutive years** of experience in **judicial and extrajudicial debt recovery**. * **Minimum one year** managing personnel (lawyers or collection agents). * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license. * Availability to travel and perform fieldwork. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise the planning and execution of team activities under supervision. * Provide technical and legal support for investigations, legal proceedings, and negotiations. * Supervise enforcement actions including demand notices, asset seizures, service of process, and vehicle impoundments. * Ensure quality control in extrajudicial collections, negotiations, and determinations of uncollectibility. * Guarantee accurate recording of information in internal systems and reporting to clients. * Conduct procedural filings before courts and government agencies. * Execute judicial commissions (exhortos) and manage portfolio within the assigned coverage area. * Ensure achievement of the firm’s and clients’ debt recovery targets. * Guarantee effective portfolio cleansing. ### **We Offer:** **Salary:** MXN $23,131.07 gross per month **Benefits:** Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM) **Schedule:** Full-time
