● Respond to requests for monitoring or onboarding of new signals by configuring satellite receivers and video signal insertion and distribution equipment onsite, in compliance with the quality standards for reception and transmission set by the Infrastructure Management team, enabling the Programming Department to make decisions regarding the onboarding of new signals to offer to customers ● Verify continuity of the signal received from satellites and the signal transmitted to subscribers ● Balance forward signals across RF link transmitters to the Hub and the entire video infrastructure using the technical resources available to the department, to ensure optimal signal quality ● Operate the telephony platform equipment that supports continuity of the voice services the company provides to its customers, monitoring and resolving issues to guarantee proper service operation ● Maintain correct operational levels of the internal RF network by measuring with a spectrum analyzer at equipment outputs, at inputs of combiner and/or splitter equipment, and at test points of transmitters and receivers at each site to ensure adherence to the operational levels established by the company.
