We operate over **250 tours daily** and collaborate closely with the world’s top online travel agencies and tour wholesalers. We are now looking to welcome a **Bilingual Operations Agent** to our team in Cancún. **Requirements**: * Conversational English level B2 (mandatory). * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, Foreign Languages, International Business, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate-level **Excel** (pivot tables). * Passion for tourism operations. * Attention to detail, dynamism, and enthusiasm. **Main Responsibilities**: * Manage and confirm reservations. * Provide **customer service** via phone, email, and chat. * **Coordinate daily tour and service operations**. * Assign guides, vehicles, and suppliers according to the schedule. * Monitor timetables, meeting points, and routes. * Address and resolve operational incidents in real time. * Maintain constant communication with guides and internal departments. * Record and update operational information in systems. * Support last-minute changes, cancellations, and adjustments. **We Offer**: * Salary: $15,000 MXN net per month * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund contribution of 5%. * Working hours: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (30-minute lunch break). * Growth opportunities within an internationally expanding company.
