We seek to onboard a **Recruitment and Selection Manager** who will drive talent acquisition at operational and administrative levels, reinforcing our organization’s continuous growth. **Strategic Responsibilities of the Role** **Recruitment and Selection Management** **• Operational recruitment for collection centers, field operations, warehouses, and logistics operations** **• Administrative recruitment for corporate and support departments** **• Posting and managing job openings across multiple sourcing channels** **• Identifying, interviewing, and screening candidates aligned with company culture and competencies** **• Coordinating psychometric, technical, and level-based interviews** **Process Management and Internal Client Relationship** **• Gathering and validating requisitions with supervisors and managers** **• Defining job profiles and aligning them with vacancy objectives** **• Tracking the full hiring process until employee onboarding** **• Providing ongoing communication and advisory support to leaders on attraction strategies** **Operations and Continuous Improvement of the Function** **• Developing and monitoring the job pipeline** **• Reducing time-to-fill and improving hiring quality** **• Documenting recruitment processes and KPIs** **• Preparing periodic reports for senior management** **Employer Branding and Candidate Experience** **• Supporting local positioning strategies** **• Coordinating job fairs, academic partnerships, and outreach initiatives** **• Measuring and enhancing candidate experience throughout the hiring process** **Required Professional Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field * **Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operational and/or administrative recruitment** **• Preferred experience in agriculture, agro-industry, food, or manufacturing sectors** **• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously** **• Effective communication skills, results orientation, and structured thinking** **• Knowledge of structured interviews, competency-based assessment, and psychometric screening** **• Proficiency in traditional and digital recruitment channels** Type of position: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Education support * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
