**Recruitment Analyst** *GRUPO ANDRADE is seeking a Recruitment Analyst for the location at Vito Alessio 174, Florida, Alcaldia Alvaro Obregón, CDMX* **Profile Requirements** * **Academic Background:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment processes (preferably handling administrative and operational profiles). * **Technological Tools:** Proficiency in job portals (OCC, Indeed, Talenteca, Facebook). **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * **Recruitment Cycle Management:** Posting vacancies across multiple sources (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, universities) and resume screening. * **Job Profile Development:** Collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements, key competencies, and technical qualifications. * **Interviews:** Conducting initial, in-depth, and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability. * **Assessment:** Administering and following up on psychometric tests with candidates. * **Sourcing and Headhunting:** Proactively identifying passive candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill positions. * **Follow-up:** Maintaining clear and consistent communication with candidates and internal clients throughout the process to ensure an excellent candidate experience. * **Administration:** Requesting employment references, preparing onboarding files, and managing salary offers. * **KPIs:** Reporting management metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and effective recruitment sources. **What We Offer** * **Salary:** $15,000 gross monthly * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm; Saturday half-day, 9 am to 2 pm. * **Development:** Career development plan and continuous training. * **Environment:** A collaborative and dynamic work environment. ***ATTRIBUTES*** * Proactive * Organized * Teamwork * Effective communication * Responsibility and commitment If interested, please send your updated CV to **5531047206**, indicating the position name.
