




**Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational, technical, administrative, and managerial personnel in the construction sector. * Application of competency-based interviews and psychometric tools. * Management of mass recruitment processes (workers, site technicians) and specialized recruitment processes (engineers, supervisors, managers). * Development and updating of job descriptions. * Monitoring of recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, turnover, hiring quality. * Development of talent attraction strategies across various sourcing channels. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the construction or metal-mechanical sector, preferably. * Knowledge of psychometric tests, competency-based interviews, and development of job descriptions and position profiles. * Proficiency in digital recruitment tools and professional networking platforms. * Ability to manage under pressure and results-oriented.
