Tracking of onboarding dates and hiring deadlines Recruiter – El Bajío Restaurant El Bajío Restaurant, a 100% Mexican company specializing in traditional Mexican cuisine, is currently seeking talent to join its Recruitment and Selection Department. We operate 18 branches across Mexico City and the State of Mexico, as well as our Production Center. **Responsibilities** * Posting job openings on employment boards, social media, and field recruitment. * Distributing flyers, posting notices at branches, and participating in job fairs. * Candidate engagement and follow-up via WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-person interactions. * Resume screening and initial interviews. * Verification of restaurant-industry experience and schedule availability. * Candidate submission and follow-up with operational units. * File compilation and document verification. * Tracking of onboarding dates and hiring deadlines. * Support in onboarding processes in coordination with HR and Payroll. * Filling urgent operational vacancies (e.g., waitstaff, cooks, cleaning staff). * Direct coordination with managers and department heads. * Preparation of reports on filled positions and turnover control. * Support in basic onboarding and follow-up with newly hired personnel. **Requirements** * Prior recruitment experience (restaurant industry preferred). * Availability for field work. * Proficiency in using employment boards and social media. * Strong organizational skills, follow-up capability, and sense of urgency. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with operational staff.
