We are currently seeking a ***Recruiter*** Position Objective: Attract, assess, and select the most suitable human talent to fill organizational vacancies, ensuring efficient recruitment and selection processes aligned with operational needs and organizational culture. Some of your main responsibilities would include: * Developing and validating job profiles with department heads. * Posting vacancies on job boards, social media, and other channels. * Conducting resume screening and initial interviews. * Administering and evaluating psychometric tests. * Coordinating interviews with department leaders. * Tracking the selection process through to hiring. * Compiling onboarding files for new hires. * Preparing reports on vacancies, time-to-fill metrics, and recruitment sources. * Complying with internal policies and current labor regulations. Minimum Requirements: * Education: Technical degree in Human Resources / Related Bachelor’s degree * Availability to travel and conduct fieldwork * Minimum 6 months’ experience recruiting positions in the financial sector (Preferred) We Offer: * Base salary of $12,000 to $14,000 depending on experience * 10% food vouchers upon signing an indefinite-term contract * Medical protection plan * Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; occasional Saturdays.
