




**Area:** Human Capital / Human Resources **Industry:** Private Security **Position Objective** Ensure timely coverage of operational vacancies (security guards) through effective recruitment and selection processes, guaranteeing compliance with the profiles required by the company and its clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational staff (in-house security guards, custodians, shift supervisors, etc.). * Field recruitment: posting, leafleting, job fairs, booths, and visits to strategic areas. * Posting vacancies on physical and digital job boards. * Candidate screening: initial interviews and verification of documentation. * Integration and preparation of physical and digital files. * Candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. * Coordination with the Operations department to ensure service coverage. * Monitoring of recruitment metrics (hires, terminations, turnover). * Support in hiring processes, onboarding, and contract signing. * Compliance with internal policies and client guidelines. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, HR, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in operational recruitment, preferably in **private security, cleaning, or services**. * Knowledge of mass and field recruitment. * Basic proficiency in job boards and social media. * Availability to work both in the field and in the office. * Excellent communication and follow-up skills. **Competencies** * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Stress tolerance. * Administrative organization and control. * Results-oriented mindset. * Teamwork. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (base + coverage bonuses). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for growth within the company.
