Cleaning and maintenance duties for inspection facilities **REGIONAL INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR AGRICULTURAL HEALTH** **Hiring for its Representation in Mexico** **RANCH HAND TECHNICAL ASSISTANT "PVIF INSPECTION"** **JOB DESCRIPTION.** Assist in the operation and administration of the Phytosanitary and Zoosanitary Inspection System at inspection sites, with the objective of strengthening emergency zoosanitary measures under the National Animal Health Emergency Device (DINESA), to prevent the spread of the cattle grub worm. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or incomplete secondary education. * Six months to one year of experience in similar positions. * Willingness to travel and relocate if necessary. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Carry out livestock loading and unloading operations subject to inspection procedures, as well as livestock designated for diagnostic services, provided that conditions at the Federal Verification and Inspection Point allow. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of chutes, corrals, and inspection facilities, ensuring they remain in optimal condition for livestock examination or treatment when required. * Carry out washing and spraying of vehicles transporting livestock, in accordance with established sanitary protocols. * Operate livestock squeeze chutes to ensure proper restraint of animals undergoing inspection or treatment within handling chutes. **OFFERED:** * Salary: $12,300 gross pesos * Statutory benefits * Contract with a probationary period determined by project duration Job Type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 9 months Salary: $12,300.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
