Working directly with one of or customers and reporting to Torreón 1 plant. **Your tasks will be:** * Direct contact with the customer. * Quickly and effectively report any issues found with the customer. * Coordinate with the plant’s Quality Engineer on corrective actions and follow\-up. * Monitor the status of customer\-reported concerns until their closure is ensured. * Verify customer systems to ensure all reported issues have been addressed. * Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings in collaboration with the Plant Quality Engineer. * Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards. * Follow up on activities related to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and internal \& external audits. **To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have** * Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related area. * 2\+ Years of experience in automotive industries (wire harness experience) * Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, word, etc,.) * Problem solving and communications skills. * Intermediate English level. *Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.* *Applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
