Leadership **Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal audits with support from internal and external auditors * Validate documents, assign official document control labels, and manage authorization. * Assign audit dates per branch, requesting approval from management. * Notify stakeholders of audit dates and objectively outline review guidelines. * Conduct audits following guidelines and requirements stipulated in the QMS. * Leader of the quality management system * Collaborate with leadership to determine improvement alternatives, set implementation timelines, and continue with follow-up audits. * Communicate to stakeholders the frequency of measurements established by management. * Receive failures, non-conformities, improvement suggestions, or complaints, and form a task team. * Conduct root cause analysis and thoroughly verify underlying causes. * Establish detailed corrective actions specifying responsible personnel, commitment dates, and required resources. * Carry out, publish, and keep updated the 5S folder and its physical fixed assets.
