We are looking for a **QA Automation Engineer** to ensure the quality of software developed by the organization, actively participating in the definition, execution, and automation of tests that guarantee compliance with functional and non-functional requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement the software quality strategy for projects. * Analyze requirements, user stories, and use cases. * Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test matrices. * Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts. * Perform functional, stress, and performance testing. * Execute tests in web and mobile environments. * Verify acceptance criteria and functional requirements. * Manage, report, and track defects with development teams. * Proactively identify potential risks and failures. * Generate test reports, metrics, and evidence. * Estimate and plan the functional testing and UAT phases. * Coordinate meetings to clarify project scope. * Ensure product quality to minimize operational impact and guarantee service continuity. **Technical Knowledge** * Software testing and quality assurance. * QA Automation (script design and execution). * SQL for data validation. * Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Fundamentals of software engineering. * Linux and Windows operating systems. * Incident and quality management tools (Jira or others). * Quality management tools and Office suite. **Required Skills** * Strong analytical ability and requirement interpretation. * Effective communication with technical and business teams. * Organization, tracking, and results orientation. * Attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement. * Collaborative teamwork. **Education** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computing, Systems Engineering, or related field.
