Ensure safe project execution and adherence to regulations **Section I:** Overview The Project Architect is responsible for conceptualizing and designing projects using 3D simulation software and renderings. This includes developing the necessary specifications and documentation up to the preliminary design stage, enabling the creation of a comprehensive project quote and a general project estimate for approval. The Project Architect is also responsible for executing projects related to modifications or implementations that directly impact BRP's building infrastructure, adhering to the corporate design and quality guidelines and standards. **Section II:** Experience and Education Relevant Professional Background 3\-5 years of experience in project management, construction, or infrastructure modifications. **Section III:** Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications. Advanced level AutoCAD. Intermediate/Advanced level Revit or previewing. Advanced level SketchUp. Intermediate/Advanced level proficiency in realistic visualization software (Lumion/Enscape). Proficiency in editing software (for the same purpose). Project management tools and platforms (Executive Gantt, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.). Risk analysis (General knowledge). Effective presentations. Budget management. Bilingual (an advantage). **Section IV:** Main Tasks and Responsibilities Design and conceptualize construction projects that address the company's needs, considering all applicable health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Propose and create visual materials to support decision\-making among key stakeholders and establish the overall project scope. Provide aesthetically pleasing and functional designs, as well as efficient solutions for spaces to be modified or implemented. **Lead the bidding process, ensuring that:** complete and accurate bidding documents that meet the standards for quoting, executing, and monitoring construction projects; and \[other related tasks]. Analysis of submitted proposals, generation of value engineering to optimize proposals, and recommendation of the selected supplier or contractor. Responsible for the safe execution of the project. Compliance with applicable city regulations and building codes regarding design proposals for BRP buildings. Guidance and support to project leaders in selecting applicable methodologies and tools for their projects. Monitoring of project dashboards. Recommendation of deviations to achieve project objectives. Analysis and updating of budgets to identify risks and opportunities. Generation of risk assessments and proposal of solutions to reduce or mitigate risks. Identification and reporting of any issues related to quality and compliance, and support of corrective actions. Responsible for the execution of assigned projects, always respecting H\&S expectations, quality, defined scope, time, and budget.
