Controls processes, materials, and compliance with safety standards. **Join our team as Production Leader!** At Kessel, a company dedicated to manufacturing solar heaters, we are looking for a Production Leader with experience in manufacturing and assembly processes, results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the manufacturing and assembly process of solar heaters (tanks, * structures, and accessories). * Coordinate operational staff on production and assembly lines. * Ensure compliance with daily and weekly production plans. * Verify correct installation, welding, insulation, and assembly of components. * Guarantee final product quality according to technical specifications. * Implement quality controls and functional testing. * Monitor compliance with safety standards. * Control efficient material usage and reduction of waste. * Train staff on processes, standards, and operational improvements. * Propose and implement continuous improvements in production processes. **Functions:** * Supervise and coordinate solar heater manufacturing and assembly. * Lead operational staff to achieve production targets. * Ensure product quality and compliance with technical specifications. * Control timelines, materials, and processes. * Guarantee compliance with safety standards. **Requirements:** * Technical education or related engineering degree. * Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in industrial production or assembly. * Experience in solar heaters, metalworking, or thermal equipment is desirable. * Ability to lead operational teams. * Education: Technical degree or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related). * Experience: 2 to 5 years in industrial equipment production or assembly (preferably * solar heaters, plumbing, metalworking, or similar). * Technical knowledge: * Assembly and manufacturing processes * Thermal materials, piping, stainless steel, aluminum, or galvanized steel * Basic welding (MIG/TIG preferred) * Quality control * Industrial safety **Skills:** * Operational leadership * Planning and organization * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Effective communication * Punctuality **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: 18,000–20,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Excellent work environment * Teamwork Location: Calle Margarita Chornne #82 Col.
