Activities: * Analyze printing parameters (speed, pressure, viscosity, tension, temperature) and establish standard conditions. * Implement and monitor continuous improvement plans. * Develop instructions and process sheets for each product or customer. * Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to resolve technical issues and non-conformities. * Participate in pilot runs, testing of new materials, and supplier qualifications. * Generate waste analysis reports and propose technical solutions. * Train operational staff on process parameters and good manufacturing practices. * Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (ISO 9001, BPM). * Provide support for innovation projects, new product development, and technology transfer. * Document process changes and ensure traceability of adjustments.
