The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in engineering principles, demonstrates that is a fast learner, has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, is comfortable working in a hands\-on manufacturing setting, and is motivated to collaborate across departments on a variety of projects. (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IFS). (Applies for Administrative Team). * **Proficient with SolidWorks (Sheet Metal)** and other CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD). (Applies for Technical Team). * Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for calculations, data tracking, or reports. * Familiarity with engineering change processes * Strong problem\-solving ability to identify root causes of issues and propose practical, technical solutions. * Capacity to interpret test data and make design adjustments accordingly.
