Summary: Oversees supply chain planning, production scheduling, and material management to support ongoing and new programs, ensuring stability and compliance. Highlights: 1. Support new product introductions **Job purpose** Responsible for overseeing supply chain planning operations, including production planning and material scheduling, to support both ongoing and new programs. The Planner ensures the maintenance of master production schedules, supports new product launches, and maintains supply chain stability. The role includes monitoring key performance indicators, collaborating with cross\-functional teams to meet the AOP (Annual Operations Plan) of Centerpiece, and ensuring compliance with the Centerpiece Quality System and applicable laws (21 CFR Section 820, EN ISO 13485\). **Essential duties, responsibilities and authorities** The Planner will be responsible for creating and managing operational planning processes aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. This includes the use and support of ERP systems in areas such as receiving, warehousing, planning, manufacturing, and shipping. Responsibilities include: * Shift\-level production planning, prioritization, and KPI reporting. * Management of inventory levels, material consumption, logistics coordination, and shipping planning. * Control and administration of inventory levels, MRO, and operational supply. * Work with SAP to manage master data for MRP. * Ensure on\-time delivery of final products through proper production and material planning. * Participate in weekly customer meetings to provide updates on material availability and production priority changes. * Oversee the planning and scheduling of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production requirements. * Coordinate with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure proper material planning and movement. * Monitor supplier performance and collaborate in demand planning and forecasting activities. * Support new product introductions by coordinating planning activities with cross\-functional teams. **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related Supply Chain discipline. **Work Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain planning or operations. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience interacting with associates at all levels of an organization, including executive management. * Commitment to product quality and compliance with applicable regulations (Federal, Local, and State). * Experience fostering a positive team working environment. **Technical Skills** * Strong understanding of quality systems and regulations. * Proficiency in planning and supply chain management tools. * Ability to analyze and make decisions regarding supply chain processes. * Familiarity with ERP SAP systems and supply chain software. **Soft Skills** * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self\-motivated, with a high level of initiative and responsibility. * Collaborative management style and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. * Strong commitment to ethical standards and promoting diversity in the workplace. **Languages** * Advanced English Sueldo: $800\.00 \- $1,200\.00 al día Beneficios: * Descuento de gimnasio * Opción a contrato indefinido * Seguro de gastos médicos * Seguro dental * Seguro de vida * Vales de despensa Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
