Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Manager to supervise, manage, and optimize payroll processes, including personnel supervision and handling complex payroll operations. Key Highlights: 1. IMPORTANT AUTOMOTIVE GROUP IS SEEKING: **PAYROLL MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * **3 years of experience in the role (Payroll Manager, Payroll Supervisor, or Payroll Coordinator).** * Proficiency in payroll calculation, payroll stamping (timbrado), reconciliations, accounting, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and taxes. * Experience with **ERP systems such as Compaq, NOI, or similar.** * Personnel supervision (2 payroll analysts). * **Management of headcount exceeding 600 employees.** **Experience:** * Supervising, managing, and optimizing payroll processes (weekly and bi-weekly). * Creating layouts for mass payments. * Payroll stamping (timbrado) and XML file review. * Payroll validation and authorization. * Supervision of payroll and IMSS-related incidents. * Processing severance payments and settlements. * Knowledge of exempt and taxable items under the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Banking portal management. * PTU (Profit Sharing) and Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo) payroll processing. * Annual adjustments. * Accounting entries for accruals and expenses. * Tax and social security contribution calculations. * INFONAVIT and FONACOT administration. * Drafting employment contracts and assembling employee files. * Managing, training, and developing payroll analysts. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$24,000 GROSS MONTHLY.** * KPI achievement bonus **(Up to $3,500).** * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS coverage). * Direct hiring. * Training and collaborative team environment. * Bi-weekly and timely payment **exclusively via BBVA.** **On-site Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Work Location:** * Benito Juárez, CDMX (5 minutes from Etiopía Metro Station). **Apply with your updated CV in PDF format and we will contact you.** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $24,000.00 – $27,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Which payroll ERP system have you previously worked with?
