Experience: Essential in medical products, professional knowledge of \+ 3 years in manufacturing processes, Contract Manufacturing experience is highly desirable Foreign Language: English 90% General Duties and Responsibilities: **Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project/validation** **Work closely with customer and respective internal teams to ensure the project are in schedule and on track** **Creation, updates, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)** **Characterize and optimize processes to meet the final product quality, yield, and reliability** **To lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the business requirements** **Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.** **Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.** **Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures, and government regulations.** **Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with production and ensure good quality product.** **Ensure compliance to all procedures and work instructions.** **Assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high\-volume products.** **Develop prototype design according to required techniques and manufacturing processes.** **Analyze and recommend improvements to all production process and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement.** **Design new manufacturing process requirements and associate guidelines.** **Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure.** **Other specialties and skills:** · Relevant experience in an Engineering Validation role in manufacturing industry · Strong problem\-solving skills and experience of FMEA · Good communication skills · Strong data analysis skills · Capable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) · Project Management skills .VISA **Certificates or additional accreditations:** · Deseable Green Belt Manufactura Esbelta/ Validación Interested send your CV to viridiana.santaella@novemmedical.net Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $1\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Caja de ahorro * Opción a contrato indefinido * Vales de despensa Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
