Additionally, support Sandwich Shop operations by participating in product preparation and delivery, ensuring order, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards—contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth team functionality. Main Responsibilities **1\. Customer Service and Experience** * Greet, serve, and bid farewell to customers with friendly and professional conduct, embodying the brand’s service culture. * Recommend menu items, add-ons, and promotions to increase sales. * Verify that orders are complete, properly presented, and delivered within the designated timeframe. * Address customer inquiries or concerns empathetically, providing timely solutions. **2\. Operations and Service Support** * Assist in order preparation, assembly, and packaging, validating quality prior to delivery. * Maintain clean, organized workstations with sufficient supplies throughout operations. * Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, area organization, and operational recordkeeping. **3\. Payment Management and Digital Platforms** * Enter orders and process payments in the Revel system according to established procedures. * Manage delivery platform orders (e.g., Uber Eats, Rappi, or others), ensuring accuracy and appropriate timing. * Notify the area supervisor of any system failures or inconsistencies detected. **4\. Compliance with Standards and BBQ Culture** * Maintain personal appearance and proper uniform usage. * Adhere to hygiene, safety, and proper food handling standards. * Collaborate effectively to achieve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals. * Participate in training and development programs. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Results from service evaluations (Mystery Shopper). * Compliance with cleanliness and presentation standards. * Positive customer feedback on digital platforms. * Accuracy in order entry and payment processing. * Team performance and collaboration. Systems and Tools Used * Revel: order entry, payment processing, and shift closing. * Delivery platforms: online order management. * Microsoft 365: internal communication and training. Position Requirements * Education: Completed or ongoing high school diploma (preferred). * Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, restaurants, or quick-service food industry. * Languages: Basic English (preferred). * Knowledge: Customer service, suggestive selling, and hygienic food handling. * Tools: Proficiency in Revel, delivery platforms, and Microsoft 365\. * Schedule: 9-hour shifts, 6 days per week. * Compensation: Participation in weekly tip pool.
