Customer service and guidance regarding malfunctions and solutions. **Job Objective:** Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices, ensuring efficient, reliable, and high-quality service to guarantee customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnose malfunctions in mobile devices (hardware and software). * Repair mobile devices (screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, cameras, speakers, etc.). * Conduct functional tests after repairs. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on devices. * Provide basic customer service and guidance regarding malfunctions and solutions. * Track and record completed services. * Properly handle tools and spare parts. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in electronics, computer science, mechatronics, or related field (preferred). * Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile phone repair. * Demonstrable experience in diagnosing and resolving malfunctions. **Benefits:** * 15-day year-end bonus * 12 days of vacation * 25% vacation bonus * Salary: $12,000\.00 net monthly Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
