Seeking experienced Micro-Wire Welders for a temporary project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in micro-wire welding (mandatory) * Residency in Nuevo León (mandatory) **COMPETENCIES:** * Proactive * Initiative * Productive **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Interpret engineering drawings. * Select metal parts to be joined. * Clean surfaces to ensure welding quality. * Adjust machine parameters (voltage, wire feed speed, gas flow). * Perform weld beads on metal structures, industrial components, or machinery parts. * Verify weld penetration and finish. * Conduct visual inspection of weld joints and perform basic strength tests. * Comply with industrial safety standards (use of helmet, gloves, flame-resistant clothing). * Report defects or deviations identified during the process. * Inspect and replace consumables (nozzles, contact tips, wire spools). * Maintain an orderly workplace. * Assist in equipment calibration when required. * Assist in equipment calibration when required. * Follow supervisors’ instructions and coordinate with other departments (warehouse, maintenance). * Quality and safety control * Basic equipment maintenance **WE OFFER:** **SALARY $4,480 TO $4,900 WEEKLY GROSS (Based on competencies)** * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday work schedule * DAY and NIGHT shifts Employment type: Full-time Salary: $4,480.00 \- $4,900.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
