Field leadership and multidisciplinary coordination. **Position Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of **Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)** installations for the Templo Querétaro project, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, local regulations, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedule. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site execution of MEP systems: electrical, voice and data, gas, HVAC, plumbing, and special systems. * Coordinate MEP contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality. * Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. * Identify interferences and coordinate solutions with the construction and design teams. * Track RFIs, submittals, and MEP-related change orders. * Verify compliance with local regulations, applicable codes, and client requirements. * Coordinate testing, inspections, startups, and commissioning of systems. * Report progress, issues, and risks to the project team. * Ensure compliance with site safety policies. * Support planning and sequencing of MEP activities within the overall project schedule. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct and policies, promoting a respectful work environment aligned with organizational values. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience as an MEP Superintendent, Resident Engineer, or MEP Coordinator on construction projects. * Solid knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and gas installations. * **English mandatory** (reading, writing, and technical communication). * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and field work. * Proficiency in reading drawings, technical specifications, and construction processes. * **Procore experience preferred**, or other project management platforms. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Willingness to work on-site in Querétaro. **Key Competencies** * Field leadership * Effective communication (Spanish–English) * Problem solving * Planning and control * Teamwork * Focus on quality, safety, and professional ethics **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Professional development on a high-complexity project. * Job stability and a professional work environment.
