Position Summary: We are hiring a Materials Flow Engineer to support the design and optimization of material movement across Polaris Monterrey operations. This role focuses on improving internal logistics, line\-side delivery, packaging flow, and visual management tools. You’ll collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure efficient part presentation and inventory handling aligned with production needs. Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field * 2\+ years of experience in manufacturing or materials flow * Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools * Experience with data analysis and process mapping Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline * Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in operations or manufacturing strategy * Demonstrated ability to organize, lead, and influence cross\-functional teams * Willingness to travel up to 20% for site and supplier visits Position Overview The Material Flow Engineer will design and implement material flow systems to support production efficiency, optimize line\-side delivery, packaging layout, and visual aids, analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements, support inbound logistics and internal part distribution, collaborate with teams to align material flow with production schedules and maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.*We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
