You will provide direct leadership to production supervisors, technicians, and operators while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, talent development, and operational excellence aligned with business objectives. **Our Team** You will join a highly collaborative manufacturing team operating in a high\-mix / high\-volume environment. This role partners closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning to resolve operational challenges, optimize processes, and consistently meet customer demand. **What You Will Do** * Lead daily production operations to meet EHS, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets. * Supervise, coach, and develop production supervisors and team leads, building a strong pipeline of leadership talent. * Drive safety excellence by ensuring adherence to all EHS standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. * Analyze performance metrics (yield, scrap, throughput, OEE) and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate cross\-functionally to resolve operational issues and enhance process efficiency. * Support production planning, scheduling, and capacity management in high\-mix / high\-volume settings. * Lead and sustain Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives such as 5S, SMED, standard work, and layout optimization. * Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation of variances. * Maintain production documentation, KPIs, and reports for internal and external audits. * Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, operational discipline, and continuous learning across all shifts. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline. * 5\-10 years of progressive manufacturing experience with 3\+ years leading supervisors or large teams. * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. * Experience in high\-volume or high\-mix manufacturing (electronics, automotive, optical, industrial, or similar). * Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools. * Demonstrated leadership, communication, and structured problem\-solving skills. * Bilingual (English/Spanish), minimum 80% proficiency. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. * Formal Lean Manufacturing certification. * Hands\-on experience implementing OEE, SMED, 5S, standard work, and visual management systems. * Experience managing 100\+ employees across multiple shifts in a 24/7 or extended\-hours operation.
