Expected Professional Profile * Education: Technical degree in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Residency in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. * Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic fault detection and analysis. * Proficiency in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and electrical equipment. * Basic Microsoft Office skills for recording and reporting technical activities. * Commitment to work quality, operational order, and compliance with safety standards. * Clear communication skills and customer service orientation. * Availability for fieldwork and effective resolution of technical incidents. Key Responsibilities * Conduct functional tests to verify correct performance of serviced equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to established technical guidelines and procedures. * Accurately record all performed activities in internal systems and formats. * Strictly comply with safety standards and proper use of tools and electrical equipment. * Detect, analyze, and diagnose electrical and electronic faults. * Provide technical service while maintaining professional and clear communication with the customer. * Analyze equipment failures—whether originating from manufacturing defects or usage—and prepare detailed technical reports for the relevant department. * Assemble and disassemble equipment while adhering to quality, functionality, and safety standards. * Provide customers with technical guidance regarding correct equipment usage and preventive maintenance. * Maintain optimal conditions of order and cleanliness in the work area. Relevant Experience and Knowledge * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance, repair, or technical support of electrical or electronic equipment. * Demonstrable experience providing on-site technical service. * Direct customer interaction experience is desirable. Differentiating Knowledge * Advanced diagnosis of electrical and electronic faults. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals. * Knowledge and application of electrical safety protocols. * Prior experience with industrial or specialized equipment (desirable).
