Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP PM, and precision measurement tools An Industrial Maintenance Engineering company is looking for a candidate for the position of **Maintenance Engineer**. Knowledge * Maintenance Planning. * Preventive Maintenance Management. * Industrial systems, such as process equipment, utilities, and manufacturing equipment. Packaging equipment is desirable. * Interpretation of MM, MO, and Spare Parts manuals, as well as mechanical and electrical isometric and cross-sectional diagrams. * Documentation management and analysis (FMEA, LOTO, CILT) Skills * On-site validation of manuals and diagrams, and taking equipment specification readings. * Validation of components in storage centers. * Technical English reading proficiency. * Chronic failure analysis * KPI interpretation Tools and Technology * Advanced Office suite proficiency. * Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency. * Use of precision measurement equipment: calipers, micrometers, laser alignment tools. * SAP software – PM module. Responsibilities * Development of Checklists for cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of manufacturing and auxiliary service equipment. * Development of Taxonomic Structure, Maintenance Plans, and Roadmaps. * Development of FMEA analyses. RCM is desirable. * Development of spare parts catalogs for manufacturing and auxiliary service equipment, including wear items, critical items, replacements, and equivalents.
