You will perform diagnostics, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage necessary repairs according to client needs. You will prepare budgets, tracking and closure reports, and follow up on collections. **Requirements** * Completed degree in engineering or architecture * Minimum 2 years’ experience as maintenance manager or assistant maintenance manager for buildings * Knowledge of Opus and/or Neodata systems * Experience in cost and budget management * Team leadership and administrative skills * Ability to plan and prioritize tasks according to client needs * Prior experience in management roles, communication skills, and organizational abilities will be valued.
