Manages resources and provides technical guidance to staff. **Job Objective:** Ensure the efficient flow of the production line, guaranteeing quality, safety, and hygiene standards through proper management of material resources and technical guidance to operational staff. Responsibilities and Functions: * **Startup Management:** Daily supervision at the beginning of each shift to ensure machinery is in optimal operating condition and meets required cleanliness levels for proper finished product manufacturing. * **Order Control:** Receive the corresponding order from the Production Manager to plan and execute the day’s required product manufacturing. * **Input Administration:** Coordinate with the raw materials warehouse to supply appropriate and sufficient materials to fulfill the production plan. * **Talent Management:** Ensure appropriately qualified and trained personnel are assigned to each workstation to maintain uninterrupted production. * **Quality Assurance:** Guarantee that the manufacturing process meets or exceeds required quality and presentation standards (packaging, sealing, internal bag air, print centering, and weight), strictly adhering to the production order. * **Technical Training:** Guide and train operators on their specific duties and the correct operation of assigned machinery. * **Traceability Control:** Supervise correct printing of production and expiration dates on the product. * **Final Validation:** Verify overall quality of the finished product prior to delivery. * **Warehouse Delivery:** Coordinate delivery of the product to the finished goods warehouse, accompanied by a copy of the packaging order. * **Waste Recovery:** Organize leftover product in the designated area and ensure its reuse in the next production run to avoid waste. * **Material Return:** Return unused materials to the raw materials warehouse manager upon order completion. * **Product Integrity:** Ensure product quality remains intact per internal standards, preventing contamination by foreign agents or substances unrelated to the process. * **Safety and Hygiene:** Maintain cleanliness of the production line throughout the entire process, applying company-mandated safety and hygiene procedures. * **Documentation:** Prepare and track production orders and shift performance reports. * **Maintenance Management:** Immediately report any machinery faults or anomalies detected to the maintenance department to minimize downtime. Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
